Use: To create your favorite pasta shape simply attach one of the shaping discs to your Phillip's pasta maker machines. Your pasta maker does all the hard work for you. Make a selection of fresh, homemade noodles in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit your individual needs. Enjoy fresh and delicious pasta easily at home.
CLEANING
After usage, remove any leftover dough from the back of the disc;
Soaking the disc for two days in water
Finally, use a water hose to clear all of the dough from the disc.
METHOD For Vietnamese Pho, 1mm Width Noodles Shape Disc
For dough, use HOT water.
Allow the dough to rest for a few minutes.
Extrude twice: any Philips disc has done this the first time with thick and large holes.
Extrude using formed discs after cutting the spaghetti short and re-inserting it.
Cut shapes with a shape cutter.
