This attachment performed flawlessly. Used one of the basic dough recipes in the booklet and everything turned out great! Actually I was surprised how easy it was to use and there was virtually no cleanup except for a few crumbs.

I don’t know what took me so long to buy this pasta maker. It is very easy to use and to attach to a KitchenAid mixer. I got home from work at 5:30 and we were eating bowls of fresh pasta at 6:15. My cat loves the box, by the way. Two comments: it is really hard to read the numbers on the dial and the fettuccine do not cut all the way through. I had to individually cut each strand of pasta after going through the fettuccine roller. Also, it is difficult to change the settings on the dial and I feel that that is going to be the thing that breaks first. It needs to be re-engineered. I will certainly enjoy using this pasta maker and I hope it lasts a long time.

This product works so well! Makes pasta making so much more fun and easy! Highly recommend. I love this product and the fact that it has all three options in one is nice so you don’t have to switch attachments. Only down side is cleaning it, isn’t the easiest.

Muy buen producto, me agrada mas que el original de Kitchen aid aqui tienes todo en uno solo y no 3 adaptadores estorbosos por separado, hay que limpiarlo bien como indican las instrucciones y durara por siempre
