I had to send the 1st one I got back as it wasn't working and I got this replacement in 2 days. Boy I was soooo happy I made the choice to buy this it rolled the thickness of the dough I wanted and then the cutting was so awesome saved a lot of time on making the Asian round noodles the size are like udon noodles which i really like. My sister is going to buy one. I was looking for something like this for a long time as I make alot of noodles, this helps alot. Thank you!

Bought this machine after researching for months. There were no reviews yet, which was a risk for me. However, I loved the video and look of the machine. I am so glad I took the risk! Machine arrived well packed. Good instructions. What I love is no sharp edges (as other reviewers stated about other machines).It's important to make "throw away" dough and run it through the machine many times upon receiving it. The initial runs will have a little bit of oil from the machine. Don't worry, if you do enough runs, future/new dough will come out fine.This machine managed my eggless and egg pasta dough beautifully. I've made tagliatelle/fettucine (making large flat noodles and cutting them), spaghetti, linguine (using their built-in cutters), and lasagna noodles. They all came out perfect.The machine is easy/straightforward to use and clean. Customer support is great with quick responses.So glad I took a chance on this great machine.

I wish I could return this machine. It is not worth the price at all. I spend almost $200 and Everytime I use the dough bundle up together in side the machine. Of course I couldn't return because I didn't use the machine everyday. Since I bought I use only 4 times and Everytime always gave me hard time working on it.

Works great especially when we are making perogies all day. So easy instead of rolling out the dough. It is heavy though.

I sent back the kitchenaid attachment as it could not take large chunks of dough. but this unit takes barely kneaded dough and you laminate the folds to make your dough sheets. has only two cuttings sizes, one good for ramen the other is like linguine. I hope it lasts.
It will start to smoke do not buy it
