I am the guy that chops up their branches into small 4 inch pieces to really utilize the allotted green waste bins we pay for, rather than a separate load to the dump at high prices. My lifelong habit was using Corona pruning shears, but my hands end up paying the price for all that manual repetitive labor.Thought I'd give the battery operated versions a try, but was assuming they were all high priced. These, regardless of the anonymous Chinese name, all come out of the same factory at this price point and near.THEY ARE AWESOME! Batteries last a very long time, getting a huge amount of cuts per battery. I can rip through oak tree branches and Oleander like it is butter! They operate quickly so you can really zip along. BUT WATCH YOUR FINGERS! They would not hesitate to take a finger off if you get too cocky with your handling of them. I can cut to just about 3/4 inch diameter without much issue, but leaving the big stuff that is just a bit to large for the loppers. Saves battery life. You can cut the larger branches but you have to rotate the branch between cuts, which also uses more juice on the harder cuts.Totally impressed and so glad I bought them, will change my pruning chores going onward. Very nice kit.

Just got yesterday. Played with them on the fruit tree waterspouts. Have small arthritic hands. These are perfect. Do believe one should be careful; they are not a toy and could take off a finger. Must keep out of reach of kids. Today will start trimming waterspouts on 9 fruit trees. Would recommend.

Only used 1 day so far, easy grip, powerful in cutting 1 inch fir branches. Turning the power on and off is confusing... why I only gave it a 4 rating.

This product is very light weight and easy to use. My wife has wrist problems and she loves it. This little tool almost, actually does, makes otherwise tedious and difficult pruning fun. Good turn on procedure for safety and it cuts like a champ (go slow and watch your fingers). The two batteries are a plus and they're easy to charge. Really like that it comes in a nice little kit. A little unclear where exactly to lubricate it (you have to buy the oil separately so I don't get why they enclose a little plastic bottle) to I just wing it. Great product and I highly recommend it!

As we get older, using the large manual lobbers for trimming palm trees and woody stem bushes was getting painful. These work great and so easy. Appreciate two batteries but an hour worth of trimming and one battery still going strong. These could be dangerous as there are no guards and operator must be very conscious of where all their fingers are if holding a branch with the other hand. Since the tool is operated easily by one hand, one could easily lob off a finger tip, injure a pet, etcetera. Use carefully.

Very bad quality, it stopped working and broke on the first time. Didn’t even get a chance to try them at all. Please do not buy!!!

I like how easy it is to use. On the other hand, it would be quite easy to put off one of your fingers if you don't exercise extreme caution!The price was right!
