Once I got the correct QR code, the scooter works perfectly. Just remember you need to push it a couple of mph then push the accelerator.

I originally gave this scooter a 1 star since it did not work and the QR code was compromised (it hacked my credit card # and I had to cancel it!). The vendor however was easy to work with and I was able to return the scooter without any problems. The vendor did say the QR code is now OK but I would be careful in using it. If it asks for a credit card contact the vendor immediately and don't give it.Also, I think I have found the reason the scooter did not work. The printed instructions were very poor and it wasn'tuntil I purchased the same scooter from another vendor (more $$ but better instructions) that I came up with a possible solution. It looked like the box had been opened and someone had fiddled with the commands. The scooter had been locked through the app, and I could not get it to unlock without downloading the app; which of course I could not since the QR code had been hacked. The "tell" was the fact that the screen was blinking the bluetooth icon indicating it needed a connection.
