Bought my adventurous 11 year old son this scooter for Christmas. 5 months later, the back plastic broke off and the piece that holds the back wheel broke. I contacted the company directly to see if we could purchase replacement pieces. They offered to send him a new scooter on them and we received it & a new charger today. My son is one happy camper! Outstanding customer service!!

Was easy to put together.. able to hook up Bluetooth speakers are great. She loves the lights well built easy to fold up. Highly recommend.

I purchased 2 of these scooters and the T9 Apex did not last 4 months, it has charging issues, when we finally got it to charge there was not enough power or speed. There is no contact information available now to contact the seller. I purchased the warranty and they told me to contact the seller, BIG run around, extremely frustrating, especially with my Grandson not being able to ride his scooter!

I have bought mutiple electric scooters from amazon. That being said this one has been amazing!!!!! Our son got it for his 10th birthday he loves it! It can play music the sound is a little muffled but still sounds good. Lights up with a rainbow of lights and lastly it has mutiple speeds for beginners to intermediate. Awesome scooter!

I gave this scooter 5 stars because of the customer service. We had to get the scooter replace due to bad charging and the same thing happened again and they give us our money back no questions asked and it was after the time frame of the return.
