I bought this for my 8year old daughter. The presentation is good. Though the sound is not as lound as I thought. The drums sound real. Works great with headphones and the drum sticks are great quality.

Purchased it, arrived on time, and opened the package. Product malfunction in less 15 minutes after receiving it! The speaker sounded low and garbled. Thinking it just wasn't fully charged, I plugged it for a few hours and tried using it again. Same problem. The installed speaker was absolute garbage and so, not wanting to disappoint my kids with a NEW Non working instrument, I went ahead and returned it.

I like that my 7 year old son likes this. He can drum his little heart out and have headphones on so it isn’t super loud to the rest of us in the house. There is still the sound of him hitting the pads with his drumsticks but that’s not nearly as bad as the whole drumming experience sans headphones. The thing is that this drum pad is SO much smaller than anticipated. It says it is a roll up item but honestly it is so small that I can’t see any reason why one would roll it up or really any way it could roll up given how small it is. Most of the drum circles for lack of a better word are three inches or less in diameter. So while this is flexible, I wouldn’t really describe it as roll up. It doesn’t take up a lot of space thus not necessitating any rolling up.

The kit instantly grabbed my nephew’s attention with the drum sticks and ability to make music with his older sister. From opening the package to begin playing takes around a minute because of its minimalistic packaging.The sound quality is just fine for the price. Don’t expect your mind to be blown away, this is a toy for children, after all!Overall a great value and gift for kids.
