User code setting:
The factory preset code is 1 - 5 - 9 - # and should be changed before using. The system will be self-check when powered on. The buzzer beeps twice and yellow LED shines twice, it means mother board and power are normal.
- Press red button, the buzzer beeps twice, yellow LED shines twice and lights on.
- Enter 3-8 digits code.
- Enter the “*“ key to confirm. The buzzer beeps twice, yellow LED shines twice and lights off, it means the codes set successfully.
- If buzzer beeps four times, it means codes set fairly.
Open Lock：
- Enter your password and press “#” key to confirm. The buzzer beeps and green LED lights on, the solenoid open 6 seconds.
- If wrong code entering, the buzzer will beep four times and yellow LED shine four times.
- Enter wrong passwords three times, the keypad will be locked automatic and released within 15 seconds.
- If enter wrong codes three times again, the keypad will be locked for 5 minutes;
- If enter wrong codes again and again, the keypad will be locked for 15 minutes. During this period, the keypad will be locked even though the electricity is powered off and powered on again.
Please check the dimensions of the panel and magnetic lock carefully before purchasing.

My Winchester safes electronic keypad quite working about 2 years after I purchased it. Found this replacement on Amazon, and it was quite literally a perfect fit! Install was pretty simple and didn’t take too long, I do however recommend watching the tutorial video online as well as obviously reading the instructions provided in the package. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

Perfect fit for the Winchester TS20-30 Gun Safe. Factory keypad will stop working around 1yr for some reason. Feels of better quality as well. Only used the keypad and motherboard so do yourself a favor and buy the one without the backup keys as your old key lock will still work.

Recently installed today. Works as it should. Hope it works longer that the factory installed lock from Cannon Safe. Original lock stopped working after one year. Cannon safe warranty is not as advertised. I was totally ignored by Cannon and had to resort to ordering this replacement lock. Looks as if this is a continued problem with these locks as well as Cannon.Im gonna rate this transaction a 4 but this is only for the transaction. I believe all of these type locks will not hold up. Installation was easy. Just plug and play.

Like many buyers of Winchester safes from Tractor Supply, I learned that the original keypad malfunctions after about a year. This one was easy to install as a replacement. I especially like the silent option so it doesn't beep with key presses.
