It's perfect size to hold my non-gmo flour. The wide mouth makes it easy to clean. Glass seems to be the same thickness as any other canning jars. I love that is came with a metal lid; which i hope is durable and plastic lid. The design is nice.

The bottom of the jar came off, made a huge mess. Why? Don’t understand!!! It was full of broth.
