Battery compartment defective.. lacked contact springs???Asked for another replacement unit and hopefully it will work so I don't do two returns!!

Item arrived has not metal clips in the battery compartment so no connections. was sealed in plastic so and a sealed box so was a factory error. I really wanted a replacement but Amazon only lets me get a refund. Disappointing. See Photo.

Elite has 2 versions of Sterzo, smart and non-smart, which look almost identical. Make sure before you purchase that you've selected the one you want. The smart version is worth the extra cost if you are racing on Zwift.
