This is a great umbrella. My third one! Perfect! Good Quality. Does not fly away due to three tiered ventilation. Material is good quality. Color is vibrant. This is my favorite umbrella for my pool and patio area.

I’ve purchased many umbrellas over the years and this one is the best by far. The three tiered design is a classic look and functional as it allows for air movement. This is my second purchase - one for the deck and one in the garden. Very pleased!

I enjoyed this umbrella while I had it. Unfortunate my umbrella was recently destroyed during Hurricane Helene. The umbrella was down and tied up but the hurricane blew the iron table and chairs across the yard and destroyed the umbrella. Several huge trees are down in our yard so I can’t complain about the umbrella’s endurance. The fabric was not torn but all the metal rods were wrenched from their holder.

This is a heavy and sturdy umbrella. The material is thick and not cheap like the $49 umbrellas you buy elsewhere. The open tiers are nice for wind. I know it’s a lot more than other umbrella’s but this is a well made and beautiful umbrella that appears long lasting.

The look and the fabric are fantastic. The cord that pulls the canopy up and down eventually broke. It was some type of fabric like cord. I replaced it with a 1/16" PVC coated stainless steel cable (see picture) and that worked great. It took a lot of patience to get the cable routed. ;-) A couple years later the plastic pulley broke. I replaced it with a brass pulley and expect this thing will easily last another 5 years. Not too bad for the money. Luckily I'm able to make these upgrades myself... otherwise this would not have been such a great value for me. My umbrella was used on a rooftop balcony that gets extremely hot on a regular basis during the summer. The umbella was out in these conditions and was covered but still outside during cold winter conditions (mid atlantic area), so it doesn't surprise me that the cord and pulley failed.

I'm beyond thrilled to share my experience with the EliteShade USA 10-Year-Non-Fading Sunumbrella—a true gem that has utterly transformed my outdoor haven into a haven of relaxation and style. One standout feature, personally cherished, is its impeccable compatibility with bar-height tables. I have one such table, and the sunumbrella fits like it was tailor-made. The result? A scene of sheer beauty. The umbrella not only brings shade that's a delight to the eyes but also strategically blocks out the sun's intensity. The top vents, a design marvel, ensure a steady airflow, preventing any stifling heat buildup. And to my sheer delight, the umbrella stands firm, defying the wind without tipping over—a true testament to its remarkable stability.I've had enough of those cheap umbrellas that barely survive a season. But now, after some serious research, I've found the real deal—the premier umbrella. I won't be leaving it out during the winter months; I'm looking forward to getting years of use out of it. With its tough acrylic fabric, strong frame, and easy adaptability, it's the perfect companion for anyone who loves spending time outdoors.

I left my 3-tier umbrella up all summer to protect a table from bird droppings. We had a thunderstorm yesterday; the upper plastic part of the pole broke and when it fell over, it bent the lower part of the pole that went through the table and pulled the entire teak table over on its side. Photos included. I bought it May 2, 2021, 5 months ago. I thought the 3-tiers would protect it from high wind. I guess not. I do not know if the plastic part was cracked to start with, but the box was not damaged.I bought this to replace a faded umbrella with no tiers and no plastic connection parts. That umbrella was left up every summer for 10 years and did not break. If you never leave the umbrella up in thunderstorms, it is very nice and just what you are looking for.It is so expensive! But only worked for one summer. I am asking for a replacement though I did not get the warranty. I will let you know if the vendor replaces it. If so, I will inspect the plastic part and watch the weather more closely!Update: the product failure was within the 6 month warrantee period but the company is classifying 24 MPH winds as "destroyed by a natural disaster" and not as failed during normal use. (I sent a download of the wind data for that day.) Still discussing this with them but am very unhappy with my $250 purchase. They are only offering to sell me a frame for $70 with the expectation that I can transfer the canopy and have a $320 umbrella.Update: They sent a replacement. It arrived broken in a different place. See circled area in the 4th photo and compare it to the first frame above it. Since I like the canopy style and color, I am asking them to send a replacement for the replacement.
