I got this to test if it would work as an HDMI input device on my tablet. Occasionally I travel and for work need a second or third display in a pinch, and this allows for that.I've also used it as a quick display for modding Xbox classic consoles.The app i found that was free is nExt camera, just need to go into the settings to loop the audio, and it works perfectly.

As advertised. This plugs right into my PC and lets me capture audio and video using OBS software. No muss, no fuss. I would definitely buy again. The cord is a great idea, because just having something like a flash drive with an HDMI in would be too awkward to plug into a USB port, especially on laptop.

I recently tried out the ELUTENG Video Capture Card, and I’ve been pretty impressed with how well it performs, especially for such a compact and affordable device. I’ve been using it with my Quest 3, connecting through an HDMI cable for passthrough, and it has worked flawlessly.I was a bit skeptical at first, especially after watching some videos using with Quest 3 where people mentioned latency issues and low FPS with competing video capture cards but happy to say I have not experienced any of those problems. I've tested this with my iPad Pro gen6 and a couple of devices, including a Pi 4B, which I tried several resolutions on, including 1280x960 which is very much not a TV resolution. This is the smallest (and coolest running) capture device I've tried, and I've tried several. Overall I'm quite pleased with it! This will stay in my backpack for video capture emergencies.
