These are exceptional lamp and umbrella holders. For many years I used bulky flash units, a softbox and an umbrella with a background light and a hair light. Weight was more of an issue then. I had to use compact equipment and it had to be versatile. These lamp holders fill the bill. I added video and these work well.

Well has been a while since I purchased these lights. I've used them several times with no failures at all. I like the way there is a nice toggle switch on the back of the lamp socket. I have not used the Umbrella holder but appreciate that it comes with its own bolt for clamping in an umbrella. I've used these for both CPF and LED bulbs with now problems. They are designed for lighting tripods so if you plan to use a standard tripod you will need additional grip gear to make it work.All in all great lamp holders and a great price.I will keep them handy. I order three pairs of lamp holders. These lamp holders help you gain access to light your entire set.Yes I'd buy them again and recommend to a friend.

I'm using these for supplemental lighting for photography and work sites. It's nice in that the base can fit larger, much brighter bulbs-- unlike the Sigma lamp holders that I had been using before, which require being manually wired to a switch in a receptacle, which takes a lot more time, versus this all-in-one solution. The plastic feels a bit cheap but sturdy enough unless you plan on throwing this around. I haven't quite figured out all of the mounting arrangements yet but I suspect I will in due time. :)

These are good product, for the price. They work well, except you can't lock in specific angle, because there are no teeth to lock. So with some weight, don't have to be heavy, the lamp will gradually fall to its gravity. To solve this problem, I just mount my light sideway, so it can't slide anymore.

Works just as well as more expensive bulb sockets at a lower price, which is important when you are a small video production company

Very happy with these. They have the universal photo lighting mount and will therefore fit any tripod head designed for photo lighting. Good quality and rugged. The slot for the umbrella is a shade too close to the bulb socket though, so if you want to use a "flood" style directional bulb it would only fit without an diffusing umbrella attached.Otherwise, top notch.

Los compre para hacer una sesión y he hecho más, son muy versátiles con focos inteligentes. Los uso diario en mi sala y ocasionalmente para only fans, pensé que el tornillo de ajuste serÃa muy débil y si bien nos es muy fuerte soporta el ajuste de sombrillas y stand. Por el precio son increÃbles.
