This mug is a game changer - one of my favorite gifts ever! After a recommendation from our daughter, I gave one to my husband a couple years ago. Well, he just gave one to me on Mother's Day. Game changer! I enjoy just one cup of coffee in the morning, but by the time I'm done with that cup, I've reheated it multiple times or didn't finish it because it had gotten cold. Now with the Ember I can relax with my morning cup and enjoy the coffee like it was my first sip. ALSO HAVE TO ADD that the seller was excellent - excellent packaging, speed of delivery, and perfect product! Thank you to Certified Brands - Renewed.

Do not buy any of the ember mugs! They’re a gimmick that’s built to last maybe a year because of their poor design. My girlfriend has on her second one and the charger on mine has a recessed pin so the mug no longer charges. Save your money for better design and quality.

This cup changed my mornings. I hated drinking cold coffee half way through my breakfast. This solved that problem in a blink. I got over zealous on how hot I wanted to keep my coffee after my original set up. I picked up my phone, opened the app, and set the temp down some and I am in coffee nirvana now.

We received 2 mugs as gifts in January and really loved them UNTIL 1 of them quit working in May. It was not the charger (we had 2). Then the fun began as we tried to get support from Ember. We complied with providing information and photos as requested, sometimes duplicates. After 6 or so attempts to get a resolution or an answer, we are worn out. Based on our experience we definitely do not recommend their products.

Don't get me wrong I really do love the concept and these cups do work. However my only grievance is how, with all the technicalical advances, can the battery be crap? They just don't last very long. Other than that best mug I've ever owned

I absolutely adore this coffee cup... until I didn't. After about one year of daily use - the charger started to malfunction - I was already out of warranty, so I went ahead and purchased a new charger - only like $30 - figured that would fix the problem, and it did, for a few weeks. Then - the cup itself started malfuncioning and wouldn't hold a charge at all. I'm tempted to buy a brand new one but I would of hoped a $150 coffee cup would last longer than an year!
