When the blacks start to turn brown or your image becomes blurred, that can mean your mug has been in the heat press too long .

These mugs were amazing for our graphic design class project. They work well with a Cricut mug press and sublimation paper/ink. The designs were crisp and vibrant and the mugs have a slight pearlescent shimmer before and after printing. A few of the mugs had defects or chips on the mugs so we had to toss those out but all of the others were great.

The mugs take sublimation fairly well, Black and white photos tend to have a blue tint on these mugs though. Double boxed, however three mugs arrived broken. located in such a place I am not sure how they could have broken during shipment. Feel they may have been broken when packed.

Mugs are okay; nothing outstanding, but suitable. The Amazon ad itself is very misleading.The headline reads: “…36 Pack Bundle (12pc White). In the “About this item†section, it reads:“1 case of 36 mugs, Each white box packing,†and“Note that when you order 1 piece you are ordering a case of 36 pieces.â€Based on the wording of this ad, I ordered what I thought was a “case of 36 pieces.†After receiving 12 pieces, I contacted Amazon, and the rep sent me another 12 pieces. A second phone call to Amazon about the rest of my order resulted in that rep stating she “agreed the ad was misleading,†but that 24 pieces were all I was going to get.With Amazon’s apologies, of course.

These sub at a shorter time than some. 8-10min. If they are blurry, decrease the time. These sub nicely, but don't recommend for designs that go up to the top rim. It's a lot of work to remove crinkled in the paper, due to the curve at the top. But totally doable if you take care in wrapping. PERFECT for images centered on either side. Seller was quick to respond, and was please without outcome regarding a few flawed mugs (5 out of 144!). Arrived safely to Sub-arctic Canada!

Hi, I realized I have bought too many mugs, I have 3 boxes unopened, but my office has plenty now. I have just tried to find the return details but I see I’ve just missed the deadline, by 2 days! False advertising in the ad that says unit price $2.22/ea for Canada. Works out to be $6.16/ea + tax. Aside from that, nice mugs, sublimated well.
