Been using this type of reed for years! Always lasted over 4-6 months. With daily use, I recommend having two so you can cycle between them every other day to avoid bacteria build up on them, and rinse well after use.

The reed was full of splinters, it was too thick to get air through. Had to carve it to make it semi functional. Band director said it was absolute garbage.
