Whistle isn't as loud as I hoped it would be. Thermometer and compass work okay. Lanyard was trash.

My daughter is an adventurousnature-loving girl. I know because I write this from my couch and she tells me all the time. The outside hates me but has embraced her as one of their own. I'm getting sunburned just thinking about walking outside. I don't dare touch a leaf for fear of a horrible rash. But I digress. This was at the top of her wishlist for Christmas. I pray she never has to use it.
