My husband installed this by himself. Our old Emerson lasted 14 years. This is the same type of Emerson and will replace the old one. Hopefully it will last as long as the first one. I'm happy with the product.

As advertised. Bought this as replacement for older model/same brand. Easy enough installation. 94 yr. old dad hopes he can get another 10 to 12 years out of this one too.

Well I ordered the 1/3 hp disposal, box was labeled as the E101 but I actually received the 1/2 hp model once I unboxed it. Dimensions were pretty similar and it was a 5 min install when I replaced it with a failed E101. Couldn’t be happier.
