This kit has the red gaskets and is complete. Thickness of material is consistent. Makes adjusting the axle covers easy.

This is not an EMPI gasket kit, but an actual VW Brazil supplier kit. I ordered this kit after another source said there was a delay after placing an order due to being out of stock. Lo and behold, when I got the kit from the other source a couple of days after receiving this one (kudos to Dune Buggy Warehouse for getting it to me quickly), both kits came from the same Brazilian parts supplier. They are OE style gaskets. Make sure to order the axle bearing gasket kits for swing axle applications as well since this kit only has the bearing housing gaskets; does not contain the o-rings, seals, washers, and cotter pins for the bearing housings. Good transmission gasket kit regardless as it has all the other gaskets, o-rings, and input shaft seal needed for a rebuild/reseal job.
