I really like that this gasket ships flat. It is not folded in half like several of the Chinese gaskets that I have ordered. I ultimately sent those back as I did not trust them after they were bent as they are a metal and rubber clad gasket and that could compromise the seal of the transmission and these are very expensive transmissions in the 2500 HD and 3,500 HD trucks and such. It is high quality, I've included pictures to show that it ships flat and you can confirm the exact part that you are looking for with my pictures. Description was accurate and I am thrilled to have a gasket that I can trust that I do not feel has been compromised due to poor shipping practices. It is going in my '03 Sierra 2500 HD with 8.1 big block and Allison 1000.
