We bought this for our kitten for use after spay surgery. She weighs 5 lbs and the medium fits her perfectly. Easy to attach and remove the cone. She can easily wiggle out of the outfit without the cone attached, but with the cone attached, she’s snug as a bug and doesn’t try to mess with the outfit or with her incision site. It has given me peace of mind because I don’t have to worry about constantly having an eye on her. Definitely worth it and glad I made the purchase!!

My cat loves to escape the regular cones. I got her this the onsie did not fit but the cone was amazing she kept it on during her healing process! She had an eye removed so she for sure could not go without a cone.The cone has a draw string so it can’t be removed or pulled off. You can adjust the tightness so it’s not constricting.

Perfect for my poor kitty who had all left breasts removed. Easy on and off so not to hurt her. Just threw it in the washer and All blood and draining liquid washed easily away. She wore it for 2 weeks and it looks like new still. Great idea my vet had to buy 2.

I gave 2 stars because it's really cute but it was a huge waste of money. I got the smallest size available which says it should fit a cat less than 4.4lbs. My cat weighs almost 6 pounds and it's still too big. You can see in the photo I have the velcro pulled as tight as it can go and she still has managed to get out 3 times with no issues and the e collar is the biggest waste. It snaps on and if your cat has working back legs they're just going to be able to kick it off like mine. They should have either sewn it on to the suit or at least used a zipper instead of cheap snaps. I ended up just using my dogs surgery recovery suit and it fit my cat better than this did. I do not recommend this unless maybe you have a chunky cat but definitely not for little ones.

This is so cute! Ordered the Medium based on the size chart. However, the onesie is too long/big for my 6 lb kitten and the padded collar seemed too heavy for her. So sadly I’m returning it. I would’ve kept it for the cute padded collar but my kitten had difficulty keeping her little head up while wearing it. She wasn’t happy.

Had an issue with one of my cats licking incessantly. Tried MANY cones, collars, and onesies but sizes were rarely accurate and either interfered with normal functions or were escaped from easily. This fit perfectly and was comfortable. It became a sort of security blanket for our cat.

Used this on a kitten that would not stop licking herself and taking off her cones. Worked perfectly due to the cone being attached to the body and she had no problems getting around. Took little time to adjust to.
