They are great for oysters, crabs, lobsters, any messy dish. Everyone gets their own. They are also great for preparing food in for a party, and then using them for the cooked foods, as serving dishes…and even as a serving plate loaf pan cake pieces. We find a million uses for them except for cooking in them. Living in Maine :)

My first package was damaged so I had to send back. I purchased another since I like them so much. Easy to clean, a good size and quite versatile. The coating can chip so be careful, in all the years I've used this type of pan, I have never chipped one, but it can happen.

I love the style of this pan. I haven't cooked in enamel coverd steel before and I would have to say I'm pleasantly surprised by how well it cooks and cleans up. The inside dimension is smaller and that was disappointing, I wanted a larger pan, but I can tell this pan will get plenty of use.

I’ve admired similar pans used by chefs I follow online. One food blogger — Downshiftology — shared the link to this pan and I snagged it as a Xmas present to myself. I prepped some roasted veggies in it for Xmas brunch. It handles heat really well and clean up was a breeze. Love this pan!

I had an enamel pan that was my grandmothers and I loved it because they come clean so easy so I ordered this pan. I actually love it but there are a couple of reasons I could not give it 5 stars. It doesn’t have handles at all so it is a little difficult to get in/ out of the oven. It fell on the floor from about 3 feet whileI was doing dishes and the enamel chipped which to my knowledge rendered it unusable. BUT it is a nice pan for the money, looks beautiful right out of the box and it holds a whole lot more than I ever thought it would. It washes very easily too which is one of the best parts. I’m really not sure if I’d purchase another solely based on how easily it chipped with one short fall. For the money it’s a great value if you can be sure not to drop it.

This is the third enamel pan I've owned. The older two are still in great shape after 10 and 15 years. I bought a new one because I use them so much I had use for another. I bake cakes in them, lasagna and pasta dishes, chicken any recipethat calls for a 13x10" pan. They are worth the cost.

This thing is great! so easy to clean. got it initially to catch grease from a rotisserie grill attachment. so you know its gonna take some abuse from that. really high temps catching grease and burnt to hell. still it cleans up spotless with no warping or damage. Now it is my go to pan for many kitchen adventures. I came back to this order hoping to get something twice the size (hint hint) (13 x 20)

If you are looking for the old fashion type of roasting pan that your grandmother used this is it..I use it to bake homemade buttermilk biscuits. They bake the way you want them to. Better than ANY pan, cookie sheet etc.. out there on the market. Wonderful quality of workmanship, this will outlast my lifetime.

Purchased this enamel pan it was smaller than I thought but does the job and looks good enough to cook and service at the table. Works fine - just order the larger one if you have a big family.

Found the pan to be light and not heavy duty as I thought it would be. Wanted ceramic and it was metal. Let's see how it lasts - have not tried it yet but disappointed at first impression.
