Great for broiled or baked whole chicken(3-5 lbs). I typically use this for broil chicken dishes. It makes preparing an oven made feast fast & effortless. Cleans E Z with soap & water as the non stick finish takes the elbow work out of cleaning.

You can add all sorts of "razzle-dazzle" to cookware - finishes, manufacturing, price - and yet, the old tried and true still continue to deliver. You can't kill this roaster -- durable and works great! Get one, you'll feel like the "good old days".
