Works great. The only issue is the handles are lower than the bottom of the pan when they are folded down. So if you grab the pan from the sides and set it down or try to spin it on the rack in your oven the handles hit first. But as far as a pan goes, is a good pan with decent thickness. I did horrible recipe starting off a roast at 500deg and cooking 7min per lbs and then turning oven off and leave roast closed up in the oven until it hit 145 internal temp. Pan held up to the high heat, easy to clean the drippings off, roast turned out like shoe leather and I learned not all internet recipes are good. Pan is a great value for the money.

It doesn't come with a lid, which is fine because it's not advertised to do so, but it is something important to note. It's very light and I like the V rack that it comes with. Good for draining and elevating.

This three-piece roasting pan is a great addition to your kitchen’s cooking pans. It is rather large, has secure handles, and is easy to maneuver in and out of the oven. We cooked a fifteen-pound turkey in ours with no problems. I’m sure you could fit a larger turkey in this pan with proper positioning. The V-styled baking rack makes it super easy to place your items into the pan and then roast everything at one time. I loved that our turkey wasn’t sitting in its own grease the entire time it was cooking. When complete, this pan was easy to remove from the oven and the turkey was easy to lift out of the roasting pan. The cooling rack makes it super easy to rest several items on it: the pan itself, cookies, cupcakes, and so much more.The V-rack measures 5.4†x 9.3†x 12â€. I love the handle grip on this rack. I can easily lift whatever I am cooking out of the roasting pan. The cooling rack measures 7.8†x 11.9â€. The feet measure 0.6â€. The roasting pan’s exterior measurement is 15.7†x 11.8†x 3.9â€. The bottom of the roasting pan measures 9†x 12.4â€.You can utilize this roasting pan for a number of items: poultry, roasts, vegetables, brownies, lasagna, and so much more. I love how versatile this set genuinely is.You can either hand wash this set or put it in the dishwasher. I hand wash mine.I love this set. It has made holiday cooking so much easier. I can see myself using this set for a plethora of items. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to make their cooking life easier.

This makes a great roasting pan for a pot roast, chicken or small turkey. It would not be ideal for a large turkey (likely nothing over 12 pounds would fit). It will also roast a ham of nearly any size. The accessories are useful and appear to be well-made. It has strong handles that fold away. The stainless steel is easy to clean and allows very even heat distribution. The angled riser for the meat allows for good airflow and even cooking.

Love the size of this big roaster and the good fit of the accompanying rack. I only wish it simply had maybe a non-stick type finish for easier cleaning. I suppose placing foil on the bottom should suffice to help that.

I received VBOYL 16-inch stainless steel 3 piece roasting pan; the set consists of the roasting pan, a baking rack, and a V rack perfect to place a turkey, pork roast or chicken I love that it is constructed of stainless steel and has large wide handles which make removing it from a hot oven easy. The handles are not fixed, some people like their handles to be fixed. Im okay with both handle types I am slowly moving away from teflon cookware, replacing it with stainless steel, which is more costly. It is true teflon pans are cheap but over the years I have replaced my teflon roasting pan several times, once I notice the coating is starting to flake off. I am sure I have consumed some teflon over the years in my food. In the long run I spent more money as well with all those replacements. I know I will not get rid of all my teflon but I am working to reduce to a few . I am happy with this pan, it is heavy duty but not too heavy in weight and easy to handle. It is a healthier option than teflon.
