WHY ENAMELWARE?
Beginning at extremely high heat, Crow Canyon Home porcelain is fused onto a steel base, making it safe for the oven and most heat sources. From there, the items are hand-dipped multiple times to build a porcelain base cover and top-coat that can withstand almost any heat source, including an open flame (excluding a microwave).
For our traditional splatterware pattern, a second color is actually flicked on by an artisan using a specially designed brush. The marble pattern naturally varies from piece to piece, making each one a unique collectible.

I love this pan!! I haven’t used it for lasagna yet, but being a 9x13 it’s perfect for any baking, perfect size. Super easy to clean too!

VERY LIGHT WEIGHT PAN. Small little thin handles, looks like they would break off when carring a Ham or Turkey out of the oven. Seams on the edge of the pan do not have any trim around the top of the pan. I'm sure over time the edges will start to scratch and cut my hands in cleaning. This pan is not finished well at all. I have bought simalar pans from a company called Golden Rabbit they cost a little bit more But Well Worth It.

I use this pan for everything. It is the perfect size for brownies or a cake, and never a problem with sticking. I have baked a chicken in it and it cleans great...looks like new.

I have other pieces like this ordered from Amazon. I like the fact that you can use a knife in them and they don’t scratch. Like the color, will plan on ordering other pieces. These should last a long time. Price is right.

let me tell you, this is such a nice looking pan & no matter what you cook in it, it all washes out. the only had thing with these types of pans is you have to make sure you don't bang them, because the chip easy. but i a careful and i love,love these pans.

Quality seems a bit poor for the price. And seems light everything is sticking to it. But with a 30 minute soaking in hot water it cleaned up well
