I use this for holding brushes as I clean them at my cleaning station. It works well for this.

I'd been looking for a long time for an affordable, well designed paint-brush holder. Everything I'd seen was either crazy expensive and/or poorly designed. This brush holder, however, ticks ALL the boxes: spots for a large number of brushes (of any size); doesn't take up too much space; no fuss trying to get the brushes in and out of it; affordable; and eco-conscious. I really love it. It helps keep my worktable clean and organized and, most importantly, streamlines painting. No more hunting for a good place to rest my brushes while not actively in use!

I wanted to love this, but I am constantly knocking my brushes off of it. I think the hooks aren’t deep enough. But it gets the job done.

My brushes are easy to grab when I need them and not rolling around when I don't need them. Same thing goes for my calligraphy pens. Resting horizontally keeps paint (in a brush) or ink (in a nib) less likely to drip if I need to pause the work for a moment... just park the loaded tool and turn away from the project to sneeze, for example. Wonderful.

I prefer to let my paint brushes dry without the brush itself touch anything. This is a great product. Only wish it was a little sturdier. I have knocked it around reaching over it and it still stands but would prefer a heavier product.

I love the idea of this, I felt the holding areas were a little shallow. I still use it, and if you are looking to keep your wet brushes off of your desk top, this is great. I don’t use this to hole dry brushes, I use it to hold wet brushes when I paint so they can dry without being stood up - help saves the paintbrush.
