Installed in kitchen exhaust fan. There are no issues, and it is working fine. I am back in the cooking business. took no time to install.

Its an exact fit and was fairly easy to replace. just a few screws, a plug in, and a bit of effort getting the old fan from the old motor. Our fan now sounds a bit louder than before and it definitely works for exhaust. The motor doesnt make noise but the fan attached to it does. So the motor works as expected. This was far cheaper than buying a new unit when the only thing wrong was the motor. Now its essentailly a new fan.

The cord is not long enough to reach the plug. Had to use my old plug wires to make an extension. Also, this fan motor is waaay louder than the original Broan motor. Would not recommend.
