Another great piece of urethane from ES. These are going to be installed in a 1956 Cadillac coupe as replacements for the front bump stops. You will still need to purchase replacment bolts for some applications to go through the center of the bushing. These can also be cut to height.I like the fact that these are still manufactured in the USA and are great quality at a fair price.

Great replacement, seem to hold up well. and they are the same approximate size as the original bumpers. After searching for days, they seems to be the only manufacturer that make this size, for my GMC Safari, rear axle.

I gave this a three because I think the description of the part should have mentioned that the hardware necessary to mount it to the axle was the buyer's responsibility. Not a problem for me, but it may be for folks who don't keep a lot of nuts and bolts around. Further, it is anything but progressive, despite the pyramidal shape. When you have occasion to use up the suspension travel, you dang well know it. It's a hard stop, which, while functional, comes as a bit of a surprise. It's still poly and therefor not much given to compliance. I tapped the stops once at speed and it was a definite clunk when the travel was used up.

These are heavy duty bump stops that can be trimmed for your personal use. They are far better than the factory installed bump stops that just crumbled after a few years.
