This is a small metal head hammer. The arrived exactly as pictured. This has good weight to it, and the size is good for tight spaces. The handle is rubberized. I assume the core of the handle is also metal based on weight.

However, I did notice that the top and bottom indented edges are a bit rough and not very smooth. Despite this, the hammer feels solid and well-balanced.
