We ordered this in place of the Vibrac brand, because that brand had gotten so expensive. This product states "about 30 pieces". Out of the 4 bags we purchased, 2 bags had 24 pieces, 1 bag had 27 pieces, and 1 bag had 30 pieces, so out of 4 bags, only one actually had 30 pieces. While less expensive on a per ounce/basis than Vibrac, you can't give a dog a portion size of ounces; the portion size is an "each". So, when you only get 24 or 27 strips per bag, the cost advantage mostly goes away vs. Vibrac.

I had been using Virbac's chews for years, but after they recently went out-of-stock (which happens often), I tried this brand. I can tell absolutely no difference between them and neither can my dog. If anything they're more consistent in size and thickness than the Virbac chews, at nearly half the price. Will be sticking with this brand from here on out.

Our dog enjoys These but it seemed we were ordering more often. Package states approx. 30 chews per bag, last bag showed 19 chews. Could not find link to complain.possibly may have to go to state consumer agency. Mean time use caution w.hen dealing with Amazon on this item

I was looking for a cheaper version of Virbac C.E.T. Hextra chews for large dogs - they are $63 per bag. These chews are lighter in color and roughly the same size. My dog loved Virbac from day one. I've even put these chews into the Virbac bag and put chicken jerky (he loves) in with it to get the smell to rub off onto these chews but he won't have it. I think Verbac soaks or washes their chews in a flavor component or they are adding an appetite stimulant. He will lick Virbac chews till they are the same color as these ones, but he will end up chewing them and eating them. These chews he drops immediately and leaves it.

My dog keeps busy chewing on ouch one for hours , each one lasts a long time , they help enamel on his teeth

One dog doesn’t like, but these are more affordable than the other brand. The hound girl loves these, and looks forward to getting these treats.
