I have been using back support belts since the 1970s and Proflex for the past 12 years. They have provided the superior support this old combat injured vet needs. Other belts just didn't cut it, and I was left in more pain.

I've had multiple lower back surgeries and am in constant pain. I need something to keep my back in control and the Ergodyne ProFlex 1500 Weight Lifters Style Back Support Belt is the one that works best for me. I used to have custom made fiberglass units made, but they were uncomfortable and uber expensive. I tried many different styles and types of over-the-counter back braces, but they never worked right.Then I found the Ergodyne ProFlex 1500 Weight Lifters Style Back Support Belt! It was light enough, big enough, strong enough to hold my back, and not too expensive. Works for me!

Medium size seems to be for a waist size of less than 36 inches. At a 36 inch waist only one inch of the Velcro was usable.

Every time I lift something heavy (working around the house) I reach for this belt, works great!When my back is hurting, this belt also helps. The Med fits my 32" waist perfectly.Worth every penny!

I use this belt for support to lessen back pain. The rear side is very stiff & the front has an adjustable Velcro type strap that makes it easy to adjust very tight when more support is needed to lighter squeeze. I have tried many back braces,most are to soft sided,they roll down when you sit & don't give enough support. One thing tho the sizes run one size larger. I had to order one size smaller than my waist measurement to get the right fit.
