The bench is made of solid wood and is very stable, which is great. However, the design of the legs is questionable. While it comes with a nice travel bag, it’s practically useless because the legs have to be attached with four tiny screws using a tiny screwdriver. Realistically, no one is going to unscrew the legs, store them in the bag, and then reattach them before every session.That said, the bench has one big advantage: it works well on a bed or foam surface without pressing into your heels, unlike other benches that can become uncomfortable on soft ground. That’s the main reason I ordered a second one. If the leg attachment were more practical, this would be a near-perfect product.

This bench if pretty comfortable but goes together with screws. If you’re planning on using the travel bag that comes with it then plan on unscrewing it each time.

This meditation bench has completely transformed my practice! I’ve struggled for years to find a comfortable meditation position—cross legs felt restrictive, sitting with my knees raised always left my legs numb. But with this bench, everything changed. The slight tilt perfectly aligns my spine while taking the pressure off my legs, allowing me to sit comfortably for longer periods without discomfort. I’ve used it not just for meditation but also for reading and relaxing, even on hard floors, and nothing goes numb! Plus, the folding design makes it easy to store or take with me on the go. After over a week of use, I’m amazed at how much it’s improved my experience. Highly recommend giving this bench a try!

The bench is fine , but how portable ? Only if you screw and unscrew the legs every time.... it makes no sense, the legs are quite loose without the screws, considering returning it , pity !
