Was really worried about the build quality because the last one I got was junk, this one is held up for 3 months, laser still works and seems to be very accurate, the metal probe is sharp and comes out with almost no effort and is super easy to use. Highly recommend great for my pellet smoker and my griddle

I walk around the house shooting my A/C vents, checking for problems. Use it while bar-b-queing. Probe reads really fast. Lots of uses. Good value, arrived on time.

Works well and reads correctly. I do have to clean the glass off with a q-tip on occasions where I have it over steam to get it reading accurately.

I was really hoping it was still good. I just got into griddling and I seen this are a go-to piece of equipment. I received it in the box that was damaged. I used it 3 times 1st time seemed to be perfect. 2nd and 3rd time is was up to 15 degrees off. I liked the ease of the unit; however in the pass. I'm asking for a full refund. If delivery was better hopefully I wouldn't be writing such a review. I'll see how the return goes.

This thermometer appears to be accurate and has the dual function of being able to use the probe and infrared. I got it to measure the temperature in my fridge by putting water on different shelves and using the probe to measure. Very effective by telling me what temp I should select for the fridge, as a result I know which shelf to put the various items on and my milk lasts much longer now.
