Upgraded kit uses 2 less cut pieces. The original and patented Tailgate Seal compatible with All Ford Model Years F150, F250, F350, Ford Raptor and Ford Lightning. Installs to the tailgate bottom and sidewalls. This kit uses the Large Tailgate Seal for the sidewalls versus the Standard Tailgate Seal which eliminates using 2 extra small cut pieces. Easy install. Almost perfect, redices greatly the water entry to the cargo area. Will recommend. Bought for my 2024 F150 STX.

This stuff is awesome. It’s OEM quality. I used one piece for my Snugtop glass door and it stuck on the fiberglass like a champ. Awesome! You can unstick it a couple times for adjustments without problems. It didn’t seem to compromise the sticking ability at all. I took some off months later and it was difficult to take off but not impossible and didn’t leave any residue. The best!!

I deducted one star because the instructions need improvement... There's two sizes of material , one goes along the bottom and one on the sides.... Take your time and figure out how it's installed and where it is installed before starting.... Also clean the surface where it will be installed as stated in the instructions... Other than that the instructions are good enough to get the job done.... There's videos out there that if watched before hand and during install help a lot... Simply take your time while installing because once it's stuck on there it's stuck on there really well and cannot be removed without destroying it.... Don't push down hard as per the instructions state until your sure that's where you want it... If you don't push on it hard it can be repositioned but once you push down on it hard as stated in the instructions it's STUCK.... If I can do it so can you...

Product was used to seal vertical edges along tailgate. Cleaning of surfaces is critical. Product has held up very well and provides a great seal to assist with dust mitigation on my truck topper.

This seal kit worked perfectly for sealing up the tailgate of my F150. I no longer have a bunch of dirt and dust inside my canopy. I can't believe I lived with dirty camping gear and cargo for decades. This is the one of the first things I will install on a new pickup.

Finally, after purchasing what will probably be my last pickup I decided to add tailgate seal. I drive on dirt roads some and it's always filled the bed with dirt. By using the seal it stays much cleaner as well as everything inside. Well worth the investment and time.

Sending it back, because the adhesive won't stick. Used the alcohol pads, even used a roller to put lots of pressure on it. Just fell off. Ironically, the cheaper chinese bed sealers replacing this adhered very well, as well as contained more material.

Did 3 different trucks and it pretty much seals the box up tight.The only thing to watch for is closing your gate when it’s very cold out. The rubber is much less pliable at low temperatures and can make it difficult to get the gate to latch.
