My 2010 JK started leaking with both the soft top, and the hard top with freedom panels. It started as a couple drips at a car wash then quickly progressed to heavy rains soaking the carpet. After removing the panels and seeing the foam seal remnants (14 years is pretty good for the originals) I took a plastic razor blade and scraped them off. It's very helpful to lay the kit out, and match them up to each seal position before removing the old seals and cleaning the areas with rubbing alcohol...otherwise you'll be guessing.I replaced all the seals on the top, and found some on the body as well (front and back of door at the top, they sit half behind the rubber seal and half exposed. Pull the rubber seal out, clean the area and stick the foam piece between the rubber and the metal. I trimmed mine to fit out of the extra seal pieces I had)Worked perfect, 2 car washes and a torrential downpour but it's bone dry inside.

If you own a Jeep, you know it’ll eventually leak. I purchased this and have it in my glovebox just in case! Cheap peace of mind.

These would be better if they came with a diagram and not having to search a million hours for a video or diagram.

No directions on locations to install. And did not fix my leaking problem.

Hard top on my ‘11 JK was leaking around the corners. The factory foam was so worn down it was almost non existent. I slapped these new pieces on and I have absolutely zero leakage now and it’s been a few months. There were no directions, but I watched a quick YouTube video to get the gist of it and kinda did my own thing. Would buy again!

Easy to replace. Just match up new seals to locations. Then scrape off the old seals. And stick in place. I had my doubts since foam is thin, but really works well. I guess it depends how frequently I remove the top to see how long it holds up, but super impressed after initial thunderstorm. (In past 100% guaranteed to leak, but not one drop inside jeep) and so inexpensive. Yet does the job exceptionally well.Only gave 4 stars as I expect material will fail at some point and likely will need to replace in future, but for price you can’t go wrong.

Do as I did and watch a YouTube video. There are tons out there that walk you through where to place each one. My existing ones were so trashed after 10 years it was tough to match them up. Since installing I no longer get leaks. Frustrating with myself that I didn't do this sooner. Oh well. Now I know and can replace these in 5 or so years when they too stop working well as the factory ones did.
