Used them to rewrite my ignition switch. One relay had a slightly Bent tab and it was easy to fix. Wired them up and I used all of them. It been over a month and I have had any problems. Relays and harness are all good quality. Easy to install , perform great and every is durable.

I cut one of these relays apart to see what was inside. It was reasonably well constructed, but there was definitely not a flyback suppression resistor or diode. The contacts looked good. The materials all seem to be tinned brass, except for the common switch contact, which is plated steel. Coil resistance is 84 Ohms. Relay closes at 6.95 VDC. Be advised that if you want to open this relay, you'll have to destroy the outer shell. It is glued closed, but it would not appear to be waterproof. Some people have complained about the small gauge of the wires on the base. I did not measure the gauge, but the switch contacts appear to be 16 AWG, and the wires to the coil appear to be 18 AWG. All insulation is vinyl. The base castings are quite precise and interlock perfectly (tightly).Overall, a very good deal. I would buy these again. However, add flyback suppression!

Good micro relays, work as expected. Pretty quiet to when actuating

They’re just like any standard relay, easy to use and splice with provided wire excess, worked reliably for a couple lights I added to my motorcycle. Also loved the feature of Being able to “latch†them together.

I can not say if the relays are good or not, as I didn't use them, but the bases work great. I replace the factory wire harness relays on my ranger with these as I hate proprietary harnesses.

The order for the 5 micro Relay and Sockets arrived quickly. Each relay contact is most likely able to handle its rated amperage. The socket wiring will not. The listing says ‘waterproof’. The relay appears to be sealed but this socket is not waterproof. I will be sealing the socket wiring with silicone. Note that the current rating is different for the N.O. N.C. terminals. Relay terminal 87 (N.O.) is a maximum of 30 amp. The (N.C.) Relay terminal 87a is rated at 20 amp. But connected with this socket wiring this relay should never be exposed to any current higher than 9 amp. The wiring to the socket terminals 30 and 87 is 18 ga and rated at 9 amp on a maximum length wire of 1 meter. The wiring to the other three terminals 85, 86, & 87a is only 20ga and max current on a 1 meter long wire is 7 amp. These wire sizes were measured with a certified wire gauge. I have a diagram attached that shows the color of each wire to each terminal. I had the relay wiring in my training materials I used in my basic electric course for Cat mechanics. I added a few notes, on a screen grab, specifically related to this set of relay and sockets. You might notice the red and yellow wires a not connected as stated in the listing. I hope this information will be helpful.

Just what I ordered. I haven't used them yet. I plan to fit separate relays to each high beam light on my project car.
