- FANTASTIC! This is a truly massive roller. The first time you pick it up the weight will surprise you. The steel that makes up the roller itself is over a half inch thick and the roller is 2 inches across. The rounded edge is very smooth and has a steel cover over the center.- Roller is VERY smooth. Spin it and it will honestly go for a minute or more. (Put it on any incline and it will roll away so be careful.)- Handle is a solid piece of wood that is an inch and a quarter thick, four inches in circumference, and four and a half inches long (end to base of steel collar). The handle is solid, smooth, and very comfortable.- The picture on the description page is exactly what the roller looks like, almost. The only exception is the steel brace that attaches the roller to the handle. It's a piece of steel that's about 1/4 inch thick. I think the pic makes it look thinner.-- I would definitely buy it again. I just wish they sold a larger one - not to use but to set out to show folks! It is just a cool tool.

This thing is seriously strong and heavy for tough jobs. And while I swear by Eternabond tapes for RV repairs, I returned and got a similar orange handled tool that was heavy enough but also ergonomically comfortable.

This is very heavy. Solid built. However, in my opinion, not worth the premium. There are cheaper alternatives. Was disappointed this began to rust so quickly. I set it in the grass while after I was working and about an hour or two later, it has bits of rust on it. I just expected more from a product that cost so much. Oh well, it does do the job and it does it well.

Yeah, I didn't really want to pay like $30 for a roller but hey, if you're gonna spend $60 a roll for the Eternabond (I bought 2 rolls for total of $120) then you should just bite the bullet and buy it. I did see one or two other generic options but didn't want to deal with any drama if they didn't work as expected.I like that the roller has a rolled side and a 90 degree side. This proved helpful during use. The 90 degree edge could get into tight spots like running along trim, etc.It worked as advertised and was much quicker than trying to smooth and press (hard) it out of my hands. LIKE.

Yes, the tool is expensive. However, it is well designed, made from very high quality materials, and very well assembled. And, yes, it is heavy, much heavier than one would expect. However, this heft is what makes this tool better than competing products. The weight of the tool, coupled with the pressure exerted by the user, is what helps activate the chemicals in the EternaBond tape to adhere to the surface on which the tape is being applied.Given how expensive replacing the roof on one's RV is, I don't mind spending extra money for the right tools to keep it in proper working order. If you use EternaBond tape, get, and use, this tool to properly apply it.

This is a nice tool. Has some really good weight to it & it really presses down the Eternabond tape.

This roller is heavy and solidly built. It made applying the Eternabond tape much smoother and easier than if I hadn't had it. My hands are smallish and I'm not that strong, so this roller really helped me get the tape down smooth and bubble-free. You could apply the tape without this tool but I think the application is better with it, at least for me.

This roller worked perfectly for the application of my Eternabond tape. It rolled smoothly thanks to the ball bearings. I liked that it has a straight edge on one end of the roller and a tapered one on the other. I applied as much pressure as I wanted to without worry about breaking the handle or the roller.

Expensive but you get what you pay for. Should apply a light film of oil when you go to store it. Mine rusted very quickly.
