I thought my six year old Eufy had reached the end of it's cleaning days - spinning in circles, dying before it could get back to the charging base, sitting on the charger for a while and then beeping. Saw a video on YouTube on how easy it was to change the battery so I decided to give it a try. Has worked flawlessly since and I am happy!

I considered throwing the vacuum but caved and tried a battery that was returnable. It worked. The vacuum is now running around great. So glad I bought the battery.

My vacuum started beeping and stopped working (after more than 5 years) and this was the perfect solution! I’m so glad my Eufy vacuum is back to working again and this was absolutely worth the money!

Batteries worked, but were unable to fully/sufficiently charge, to trigger the BLUE indicator on a Eufy 11s robot vac. Batteries measured 16.38-16.48v ((4) 3.6v cells in series) after full charge (at the point the indicator changed from PULSING ORANGE to SOLID RED. Once robot was removed from the charger, the indicator light immediately changed from RED to BLUE and robot would operate/clean, but for a shorter time. Upon arrival, one EufyHome battery required ~5 hrs charging, (before indicator turned RED), and the 2nd EufyHome battery a bit less, but leading me to suspect they might have sent me discharged New Old Stock (NOS) batteries. Eufy tech support wasn't helpful and they didn't seem to know much about their product, (unless it was in a script), and have several times advised me to "replace the robot". At the time I placed the 1st battery order, there were only 75 reviews, for this particular battery, even though the Seller is EufyHome. There are others with thousands of reviews, a few similarly highly rated, one of which was my 3rd battery purchase. The robot was in good working order, prior to the May 2023 EufyHome replacement battery's failure, a few weeks ago. The robot is lightly used by a retired couple, who take good care of it and it was exceptionally clean (compared to my IRobot Roomba) when it was given to me, recently, to attempt resurrection .. :-) .. As I've done with similar robots for years, I also carefully cleaned the Eufy with compressed air (outdoors!). It was probably the cleanest robot vac I've observed, based on the minimal dust and dirt I was able to dislodge. The 3rd battery, mentioned above, was from a Seller with almost 7000 reviews (avg 4.5/5) arrived and was quickly swapped, charged and run tested. The Eufy 11s light not only (finally) turned BLUE, at charge completion, (while still on charger), but the vac's runtime was 15% longer than the best I measured with the EufyHome batteries. One of the EufyHome batteries also dropped .10v by the 2nd full charge, which was not reassuring as to it's likely longevity. Both EufyHome batteries were repackaged, labeled and returned BACK to Amazon. EufyHome/Anker tried to convince me to send the batteries directly to them, but since they were purchased from Amazon, I opted to stay within the Amazon system. The Keenstone (compatible replacement battery) was delivered in late Oct, and (the Owners recently reported) it's still charging & moving their Eufy along, on his rounds. Get the eufy branded battery and don't cheap out on getting some off branded stuff. Cleans more than 1 hour and 40 mins and then heads back home just like it should.

My vaccum cleaner was not working after a couple of years. I called customer care who recommended this seller. I replaced the battery and my vaccum cleaner was good to go!
