When do you need a new battery?
- When the battery is fully charged, the working time is less than 40 minutes.
- When the device prompts to charge but fails to return to the charging base to charge in time.
- When the battery charging time is too short, it has been shown to be fully charged, but the number of charges has become unusually frequent.
- When the battery is repeatedly charged but cannot make the sweeper work normally. The capacity of the battery decreases as the number of charging cycles increases. When you find that the battery doesn't charge or has some other malfunction, it's time to replace it with a new battery.
Some important notes for battery
- For safety reasons, do not damage the battery, including a series of high-risk behaviors such as squeezing or piercing the battery. At the same time, avoid battery operating at high temperatures.
- If you do not use the battery for a long time, keep the battery away from children and pets to avoid accidents.
- If the machine does not work properly after the battery is installed, check that the interface is properly connected and try to reinstall it.

How to maintain high performance of battery？
- In order to ensure the release of battery performance, please fully charge the battery before the first use. (For safety reasons, the battery is not fully charged when it leaves the factory)
- If you do not use the roomba for a long time, please take out the battery and place it in a cool place to avoid excessive battery discharge affecting the battery life.
- Please clean or replace the cleaning brush of the machine in time. If the cleaning brush is stuck, it will increase the power consumption and affect the battery life performance.

I was having trouble with my original Roomba battery and decided to replace. An original factory Roomba battery was not an option as it was out of stock and not sure when it would be available. This battery was so much cheaper and works perfectly. Would buy again even if it doesn't last as long as an authentic one would. The price was right for me.

Works as expected. Not sure how long it will last. I am not sure that the charge takes the Roomba as far as the factory one that originally came with it. Quick to install. Overall, I am satisfied. At that price, even if I have to replace this year, it’s worth it.

If you’re looking for a battery that last 50 min or less before it has to go back to the base then this is the battery for you. Original battery was around 2 hours before it needed a charge when new. Can’t imagine what this crap is going to be like in a few months. Only positive I have to say is it’s compatible and no errors.

It was an easy swap for my dead battery. It comes with its own screwdriver. After fully charging the new battery, it ran for more than 45 minutes before recharging.

Easy to install in my Roomba J7. Vacuum runs longer than ever. Old battery took about 5 hours to do my house, new one takes about 2 hours. Happy with this purchase.

Arrived quickly, and sure put a lot of spunk back into my Roomba!!. And for anybody else out there remember to wash the filters, you can reuse them a long time as long as you clean the rollers and clean the filters your Roomba will clean as good as any large vacuum.
