The pins were the right size but too large for my hydraulic cylinder. I used some screws, nuts and washers and made a work around. Nice tool seems well made.

A little combersom using this to remove the clutch fan from my 4.7L Dodge V8 but I eventually got it in to hold the pulley. The larger pegs on the opposite side of the arms are what made the clearance tight but otherwise once it was in it was cake. The tool is very sturdy and seems to at least be able to easily take 95 ft/lbs of torque without any issues.

Worked just as I hoped! It was the right size and sturdy enough to hold .. for me to break loose the fan bolt!!! Fits right in those two holes on the water pump pulley!

Just be aware that one can't use it to lock a variator on a 50cc setup because, unlike the 150cc, it does not have places to insert the "prongs" on the face of the variator. It worked perfectly on the clutch, though. I'm not getting the comments where people say the tool seems flimsy. Other than making it out of titanium I'm not sure how they could have made it stronger. Simple, sturdy, inexpensive, works as described, and was delivered quickly. Option B, which includes a flywheel removal tool, is an even better bargain for very little added cost. Very pleased.

I like the way those two ends I have this tool chest, lock into the clutch and hold it I was doing all kinds of crazy crap trying to hold that variator down before I started using this tool (wish I would have invented it) really works well removing the clutch and in the barrier. Also, they don’t rise. Yeah, do you write that it’s very reasonably priced for what it does.

This tool is a great idea ... but too cheaply made to be of use. Fit of the fork and blade is loose, allowing too much twisting of the pins, causing the pins to flex and slip out under any force. Material is steel, but unhardened mild steel. Very soft and malleable, thankfully, because it will require straightening after the first use.If your application has deep holes for the pins to engage and prevent their twisting, this might be of use. This tool performed poorly for the removal of an auto air conditioning compressor clutch.

Exactly what I was looking for. Tools are of good quality and worked perfectly for the task at hand.

Ordered this tool to hold a cam gear on a Honda motorcycle so I could torque the cam bolt to 20ft lbs.Couldn't get it to fit right because the pin is not even close to being straight!Seriously, why even bother making something if the tool is so bad it's not even useable?Yet another item I will be returning...

Solid hold on torquing the bolt on my secondary clutch to 44 lb/ft and my primary clutch to 74 lb/ft! When positioned correctly, it did not slip once. A must have for CVT clutch work.
