After my son decided to keep my adjustable rest, I got this since it was cheaper. I have major neck issues and I was hoping I could use this, but I have to go back to the adjustable. It is really good quality, just not right for my neck.

The pads look like they will not wear out as quickly as the "rubber tubing" on my old one.

It's a bright, durable shoulder rest--the only downside is that it isn't flexible, so it didn't fit my body quite right. Regardless, I still recommend it.
