Using Everest shoulder rest for a couple years now. Started with a smaller size viola and moved onto 16-1/2".Due to mishap at the post office, first order delivery was lost. The seller sent replacement without much delay. Once the first order was located some time later, we were happy to return the extra shudder rest. This is listed as working for viola's down to 14 inches. However, it does not go down that small. Should be listed for 15-16.5 inches
