I am extremely satisfied with this set and would absolutely recommend if you are wanting to start a stretching regimen, or looking for a way to get more stretch. In the past I had purchased a stretching band similar to this one, however the straps were thin, and had a very cheap feel to them. I also had to stretch using a pair of gloves because it hurt my hands when pulling on the handles. This set however, is extremely well build/stitched. The straps are thick and feel like heavy duty quality straps made for the long haul. I purchased the premium set and it has padded handles. No more using gloves for stretching. The over the door anchor is solid and works fantastic. I like that it came with a mesh carry case that I can wrap it up and throw it in my backpack. As long as there is a door you can use, you can stretch practically anywhere.

The product came in a very timely manner! It was delivered on a Sunday! I promptly set it up and began to use it. I love it so far. I'm able to stretch my legs and stretch target areas that are normally hard to reach. I hope this product will improve my Capoeira game and give me a sense of flexibility that I've been trying to get for years. In fact, after using it for about 30 minutes, I've been able to touch my toes. So far, I love the product and recommend it to anyone. It's such a simple yet amazing product! :) Simplicity always wins out.

As someone who wanted to touch base with stretching I would most definitely suggest. This is a very simple and durable product that has more value then what you pay for.

This product is absolutely incredible. I have started training in kung fu recently and this has absolutely enhanced my leg flexibility and range of motion. The best part is, I can use it as a physical therapy tool for my joints as well! There are many ways you can use it to stretch, and after playing with it, you begin to figure out what feels good and helps your weak areas. I accidentally ordered two, and was not upset in the least by it. I gave the extra to my sifu, who uses it every day as well! It's incredibly easy to use, sturdy, and stretching with it feels so good! Highly recommend!!

I am here to pass the word on, you don't have to be any of those to benefit from this product. Folks that lack flexibility can benefit most from this product. Who lacks flexibility in this society: senior citizens - old folks.This senior citizen has used the stretching strap for only two weeks, it has been a transforming experience. It is too early to tell you all the benefits that are possible but here are a few that have occurred for me over the past two weeks: improved flexibility, improved balance, eliminated sciatic nerve pain, shrinkage of bulging leg veins, improved sleep, elimination of leg pain and lower back pain. Reading this it sounds too good to be true but fortunately, it all happened for me. My 12 year old daughter is a gymnast and due to the pandemic and lack of gym time, she lost a great deal of her flexibility. We purchased the PRO version with the padded loops. She has used this product every day since receiving it. She has both of her splits back, and is currently working to regain her straddle split. By following the stretching instructions included, and being diligent in her practice, this product has helped her regain her confidence. It is easy to set up, has not caused damage to our wood doors, and she is happy!

I’m an older martial artist & need all the help I can get with stretching!The materials are decent quality, it’s well-designed, and the instructions are simple and well-presented. This is a well-thought out product with really nice warranty and customer service too. Comes in a tidy little black netting tote bag for neat storage.I’ve used more heavy-duty pulley systems mounted to ceiling beams etc before, and can honestly say this system works just as well for me, without putting holes in the ceiling. Warm up a little before use, and happy stretching! I’d recommend this to friends.
