This dance turning mat is price effective than other brands out there and easy to roll up and travel with. It does come a bit wrinkled from being rolled, but flattens out after a few days. I also added some carpet grippers I had to the bottom as it was sliding a bit during turns on my wood floor. Highly recommend for the value. I would say this is not ideal for tap dancing.

This mat won't stick into place on the floor. It moves around so isn't able to be used to practice on its own.

Other options are $80 - $200. We have only used it a few times but my daughter says it’s made from the exact flooring her studio used. It comes tightly packaged and with a carrying case. Definitely worth buying for practicing turns at home or on the go!

I received damaged product in my delivery as seen in the pictures. It arrived in paper packaging which was not solid enough to prevent damage during transit. The edges were all cracked and torn. I returned the product & received a refund from seller.
