And these blocks seem extra firm, which I like. They seem a little thicker than my pervious blocks but not as thick as another set I use. Perfect middle height.

Having had use of quite a few blocks I consider these a good economical choice. They are not quite as solid as some high end Blocks that are triple the price so they give a little when all your body weight is on them. For some this may be ideal it’s easier on the wrists. So slightly softer than the firm blocks yet sturdy enough for your body weight. They have the look appeal of a certain famous block we all know. They get the Job done at a reasonable cost. Recommended.

This yoga block is one of my newest yoga accessories and it's perfect for so many reasons! I love my yoga block!!As a fitness enthusiast, besides being perfect for the poses that I may not be able to fully reach the ground in, these blocks have made excellent use for even my strength training.
