Fits Baofeng UV-5X very well. Seems to be good quality but the straps that attach it to the molle webbing are a joke. They’re essentially straps with a plastic tab at each end that just tuck into the back of radio holster. The second I inserted my radio, the holster ripped right off of my plate carrier. Ended up spending $8 on some molle straps that hold together with button clasps. Thankfully the multi cam matches well at least.

Item is great and works perfectly with my radio and backpack, It fit like a glove and durable as well. Holds the radio well and easy to attach to the Molle webbing.

When it comes to tactical gear, functionality and accessibility are paramount. The Tactical Universal Radio Holder offers a mixed bag of features, leaving me with conflicting sentiments.Let's start with the positives. The build quality of the holder is commendable; durable materials and robust stitching promise longevity in the field. The universal design accommodates various radio models, ensuring versatility for users with different communication devices. However, my primary gripe lies in the design of accessing the radio from the pouch. Getting the radio in and out is a bit of a cumbersome process. The velcro flap on the pouch is for adjusting the radio lengths. An elastic cord holds the radio in for retention but in order to get your radio in and out, you have to pull the cord to the side. Thus requiring a bit of fumbling to retrieve the radio swiftly. Moreover, the method of securing the holder to my vest left much to be desired. The attachment system, while functional, lacked the intuitive ease I expected. The straps felt a bit finicky, and the overall process of securing the holder to my vest is suspicious of how it'll hold in a high active situation. On the positive side, the holder's adjustable straps ensure a snug fit, and the MOLLE compatibility adds flexibility to its positioning on the vest.In conclusion, the Tactical Universal Radio Holder has its merits, particularly in its sturdy construction and versatility. However, the design quirks in accessing the radio and securing the holder to the vest may hinder its effectiveness in certain tactical situations.

I really like the quality and the material of the radio pouch itself. However I have used it on 3 separate occasions now and with the included fabric Molle belt attachment system, it has slipped off every time. I have tried the strips running both directions and they still work loose under the weight of the radio. I will need to purchase plastic molle clips to get it to stay on.

I got this for a Baofeng radio for my bug out gear simple because of the GPS position feature on it since I already have the model below this one and love it. But this will definitely be handy if my wife and I had to bugbout separately and we could send eachother our location to link up to get out to our cabin in the woods that is very hard to find if you are not looking for the trail to get to it. I would definitely recommend this radio for anyone who is looking for Shtf radio to bugout with.
