A bit expensive, but Exergen is such a reliable brand. Makes it so much easier to check temperatures of sick without waking.

I've gone through 2 or 3 contact thermometers and they were all too inconsistent to be trusted. Exergens are used in hospitals, (not this exact model, but the step up) so there's a degree of brand trust you can most likely count on. It's been really accurate so far.

es muy rapido en a toma de la tenperatura, muy util sobre todo si hay niños pequeños en casa.Si es dificil aprenderlo a usar eso si, tuve que buscar en internet y al prin cipio pense que estaba dañado.LA clave esta en preseionar primero sobre la piel y dejar despues presionado el botos central unos segundos el escanea y muestra luego la temperatura

This product does not give an accurate temperature. I checked if I had a fever, and it told me my temperature was 100.3. Tried again seconds later, and it was 98.3. This happened repeatedly, where multiple measurements gave completely different results.Useless product, but I didn't need to try it until after the return window, so I'm stuck with it.
