I was able to make them work on my 15 gmc sierra 5.3 but it took multiple tries. Your gonna have to run OE gaskets all around because the ones they come with will leak. Clearance is a headache especialy the drivers side when it comes to the dipstick and steering column shaft. You'll also have to get angled spark plug wires to get them to clear and you need to double shield the wires from the heat because just one fiber glass sleeve isn't enough to keep them from melting. If you go the wrapped manifold route you lose all ability to service/inspect spark plugs and wires on cylinders 3,5,and 7. They're also very noisy making a constant ping sound that you'll get tire of in a week. IT'S A LOT TO DO FOR NO NOTICEABLE PERFORMANCE GAIN. Ultimately I went back to stock manifolds. Make sure your prepared and that your getting these for a reason other than " I think short tube headers will sound and look neat" because these aren't it.

It’s a pain to replace spark plugs and wires it looks cool but now takes me 4x longer just to get to spark plugs eye wouldn’t buy these again

Poor fitment spark plug wires contact header had to buy 45 degree angled wires
