Assembly does take some time as expected with playground equipment of this size. Instructions aren't great but if you read a page or two ahead you can catch the errors. About 3 hour set up with 2 people, kids love it well worth the price and assembly.

My 5-year-old enjoys this item. The top area is at times used to just lounge with pillows/blankie and my son will lay back to read a book, playing games on his tablet and or phone. The bottom area of this item my son utilizes this space to play with logos/blocks, build car tracks, and or use as a ball pit (more so all together) lol. The item is sturdy and is a great buy HOWEVER, my only issue was with the manual instructions instructs you to assemble a section only to later instruct you to add a net or bar... 3 times that happened! It only took almost 1.5 hours to assemble but added additional 30 to an hour to adjust parts due to the instructions! So, instructions are slightly unorganized and made assembly more tedious than necessary. Other than the unorganized instructions, it's a nice purchase and great quality. I recommend placing this item indoors if you can, the tent cover I do not believe would with stand harsh weather over time. Material similar to that of a standard hand held umbrella, just so you know.

I've never submitted a review about anything but this whole thing compelled me to do so. A horrible experience all around. First of all, this thing was the hardest thing I've ever assembled, mostly because of horrible instructions. (And I've assembled hundreds of things before). On top of that, I noticed that Amazon dropped the price right after I received it. All I asked for from Amazon was to give me a partial refund to what the product was then selling for. And they refused saying it was "price matching" even if it was also sold from them. I suspect that the reason Amazon dropped the price was because so many people were returning it. And it will probably soon be a clearance item... Inside the box were 2 instruction books. One of them had a sticker on it that said: "Updated Instructions. Use this manual." But I went over the entire books of each and not a single difference. I suspect that the manufacturer/seller was told by Amazon to update their instructions since so many people were complaining about them. And they bluffed with a so-called "Updated Instruction Manual." I thought that I could YouTube it. Believe it or not, this specific particular item is NOT on YouTube! There's no YouTube instructions at the time that I submit this review. As far as Amazon, they said that I could return it.... But I had already put in a significant amount of time and work assembling it, and they wanted it sent back in the box and even pay not refund the shipping. All I asked Amazon for was a partial refund to what they were selling the product for on the day that I received it. I had already put in a heck of a lot of time and work assembling it. I wasn't about to disassemble and re-box it. So Amazon essentially helped this manufacturer/seller rip me off. I have a lot of experience assembling things, and I can tell you, most people will not be able to put this thing together from the current instructions. And even if they had good instructions, this thing literally came in so many pieces it will still take too much time. It's obvious I won't buy anything from this manufacturer again. But I'm really gonna try to not buy from Amazon anymore. I'm certain Walmart would have taken care of me better. I'll probably cancel my Prime subscription because of this.

My little guy needed something for outside to keep him busy. He wanted something with a slide and this has alot of things on it. You can put pillows on the bottom or make it a ball pit or sand pit. It would be perfect for a bedroom but he loves being outdoors. VERY sturdy and not too bad to put together.

I bought this back in August and it's still just sitting in my yard in pieces because it's too hard to do by yourself. First off the directions are garbage. They send you two instrictuon books and on the cover of one of them it says in bold letters "do not use this book" ok well once you get so far into the steps you have to undo some of what you did just to come the step that you are on..very stressful! The pieces are hard to make fit especially for me by myself..pretty hilarious sight if you were watching me I'm sure. I'm sure this is a great product if you can get it put together though..

Pros:seems sturdy when put together, (fyi for kids only)All parts and pieces were presentAll holes lined up appropriatelyI bought this for a decent price compared to other slides, etc on the market.Cons:Step 2, building of the center upper platform is nearly impossible and requires brute force and a minimum of 2 people. I almost gave up here.Vague or unclear directions meant undoing and redoing steps multiple timesThey should make you place the bottom sand pit before you put the step bars on, there is no way to put it in place after the step bars are onSome of the screws seemed short for their intended purpose.Poorly labeled bars and parts.Time consuming to finish and almost all parts require more than 2 hands to do this efficiently.Mesh attachment around the slide absolutely doesn’t reach to the upper bars to Velcro on, it was made too short. It’s done and I’m grateful because I never want to do this ever again. Poorly designed, poor instructions, not impossible to put together but improbable unless you have a lot of time and a lot of patience.

This was a little difficult to put together, but my husband is strong and good at just looking at something and knowing how to make it work. We put it up in the basement so the kids can play no matter the weather outside. They tend to stick to the slide, but with pants and socks or a towel/blanket to sit on it works great.
