I bought small ( for 7"), and large (for 14") needles and storage is MUCH cleaner and neater and takes up less space. One pair of each size needles (except for #13 and larger) will fit in each case.

I bought this to store stick incense. Adjusted to the proper height easily and stayed there even when hung by the provided lanyard. Seems like it would work for a number of storage problems.

This is a tube storage unit for artist long handle paint brushes. PROS:1) It is made of clear plastic so you know which brushes are in it without having to open it.2) Because it is not made of paper, you can clean it.3) It is scoping so you can adjust the length to accommodate your needs.4) The top screws down onto the inner tube so it won't come apart with a lot of handling or moving around in a plein-aire back pack.CONS:1) The diameter is too small. If you collect brushes the way most artists do, you'd need several of these.2) Again, the diameter is too small. If you want to use this tube to house other things, like a roll of tracing paper, this won't accommodate it.3) For me, the plastic is too thin. When you go to screw down the top, the inner tube changes shape making it hard to meet and marry the two halves.4) Once you get the top part of the screwing mechanism seated properly, you have to work at getting the top to move down to the length you want.This unit and it's method of closing are good ideas, however, diameter size is a problem (this should be offered in different size diameters), and the manufactured thickness of the plastic needs to be changed on order for this otherwise good unit to be worthy of the price.

This is long enough to hold long brushes. The cap screws on . So there is no fumbling around. It has an attachment to hang on the wrist I suppose but I don’t think I will be using it!

I bought this product to hold long-handled brushes, and it didn't work for me because it was too flimsy when extended in the telescope position. I used it for shorter brushes, and it was fine in terms of being sturdy when screwed all the way down so the plastic was doubled; however, and this is key if you are getting it for brushes -- the bristles kept getting stuck in the mechanism no matter how careful I was. If you stored them bristles down it would work, but that's not good for the brushes unless you intend to keep it on it's side. Since it is designed to sit upright, that's a bit awkward. Great little container for your drawing pencils I suspect! Don't use it for brushes.

I use this brush holder to keep some of my long brushes and it's great because its length is adjustable. I'm planning to get more of this brush holders to store the rest of my brushes when I'm not painting. Highly recommend!

Ok, I don't use this for paint brushes, but rather for my hair accessories. I use a lot of clips and bobby pins as well as scrunchies. I was trying to find a multipurpose scrunchie holder, but I couldn't really find anything that would work with the bobby pins/clips and then I came across this! The inside holds all the pins/clips and I just close it and use the outer shell to put the scrunchies on! It is perfect and I love it!
Not happy with how it opens !
